Tips for cleaning and refreshing carpet:

1.Vacuum the carpet.
2. Turn it upside down and step on it several times back and forth on the opposite side. Than vacuum the carpet when it is still upside down. You will not believe how much dust accumulates there.
3. Put the carpet back on it's right side.
4. Mix some water with vinegar and with hard brush scrub it on the carpet.
5. Let dry.
You can also scrub the carpet with half of a white cabbage. If you have steamer like the h2o mop, go with it over the carpet few times.

Latest Abdoer Twist reviews

I was reading some of the Abdoer Twist reviews, and it looks to me that especially older generation appreciates the Abdoer, because they can exercise, even if it's just a lighter exercise, but they can do it in a seating position. That, from my prospective, is really beneficial, because many of us, who are over 55 don't necessarily want to do heavy exercises.

In addition to that, many people in their comments praised the inventory, John Abdo.
