The AbDoer fitness solution great for everyone over 55

I was just reading about the AbDoer, and how it helps to contract the abdominal muscles without forcing you all the way down on your knees. I think this is a good option for all people who are over 55, and those who have a hard time going down on the floor. Great idea to take care of abs, but in a sitting position.
