Read Zumba reviews here, but even without that I guarantee you will love it, but only if you decided to melt those pounds and will be determined to burn high calories. Trust me, you will burn between 500 and 1,000 calories per hour. Yes, I know how much is 1,000 and I repeat that much you can burn if you will do it. And the worst part is that you are actually dancing, nothing else... It's a dance workout, with fantastic music and so inspirational and motivational trainers that you won't believe.

Interesting fact about Shark Vac Then Steam Mop is that it is a complete hard floor cleaning system. A super heated steam to clean and eliminate 99.9% of germs and bacteria on all your hard floors. To be perfectly clear, it is very easy to switch from vac to steam. A bigger canister would be of more help, but for my kitchen and a hallway it does great job, and don;t need to refill the water.

I finally got around to review Shark's Vac then Steam Mop, and have to tell you, I really love that idea. My usual problem is that I had to go with vacuum around the whole house, finish one floor and then use the water bucket and go mop the whole area. This way, it's much easier to do all in one swoop. So, from my prospective, I love Vac and Steam in one :)
